Welcome to today’s blog post. Are you loving the new ranges this month as much as we do? Today I am sharing a fun layout with you using the Hide and Seek range… perfect for those little people in our lives. Apart from the cute little critters I am simply in love with the beautiful color palette of this range. I really wanted to include some of the beautiful feathers from the range into my layout, but the stamp set was a bit small. So I used a feather image from the internet (free) and printed it onto vellum in grey ink on my inkjet printer. Immediately as it came out the printer and while the ink is still wet I add white embossing powder and heat it with my hat gun for a beautifully embossed feather. Elements from my collectables pack create a beautiful cluster combined with stamping in navy blue. Extra cut out animals line the bottom edge of the background keeping the bear company. I used foam tape to raise some of the cut out elements and leaves for dimension. Tucked underneath the cluster of leaves is some thread. Until next time – have fun with this […]
